Its grapes were from our own Vineyards located in Katsunuma region. The grapes were harvested by hand. The wine was fermented and matured in French oak for about 9 months. Appearance is greenish deep yellow. In order to preserve Chardonnay's character, only used oak barrels are employed. The wine has mild acidity and smooth texture.

Kai Blan is a hybrid between Koshu and Pinot Blanc. The variety has a quite acidic taste and fruity flavors. Uniquely, the wine made from Kai Blanc aged quite early. So, it has sherry like flavors.

Haramo Harmo noir

This grape variety is a crossed (Cabernet Sauvignon x Zweigeltrebe ) grape. Harvested by hand. Fermentation was operated in a small open vat. Aged in the oak barrels for 12 months. In order to get textual complexity, 20% whole bunch was given at the alcoholic fermentation. Bright ruby color, charming fruity flavor like cherry and gentle mouthfeel with smooth tannin.
Haramo Merlot

Harvested by hand. Fermentation was operated in a small open vat. Aged in the oak Barrels for 12 months.
A little bit matured ruby color on the edge of glass. Tanned leather, minty flavor and vanilla derived from oak on the nose. Silky tannin and mild in texture.
Haramo Adiron Rose

Adirondack is a table grape variety from the Northern US. The rose was wine made from 100% of Adirondack. Appearance is beautifully clear violet. Flavorful strawberry aroma on the nose. Mild acidity and sweetness on the palate.
